EA again goes nowhere with a good license, a truly uninspired effort.

More and more, games have been hyped right into their own distruction, and the newest Marvel themed fighting game can fit in this territory. It's stupendous, it's astounding, in a word, it's putrid. What do you get when you take a half assed Marvel story line, some gameplay that tries to be profound, but ends up being mind numbing button mashing randomness, and a single player campaign completely devoid of fun and engagement? Marvel F'in Nemesis. If it were a person, I would beat the sh*t out of it for being so stupid. With great power, comes great responsibilty, but I think even the dastardly Dr. Doom would be ashamed at the effort Marvel Nemesis puts out.
