Not terrible, at least I can play as Iron Man :)

This game wasn't really a great fighting game... Many of the characters skill sets are too similar, and some are so different that you encounter some very noticeable unbalanced situations. Also, the game is almost too hard, at some points anyway. Maybe it just was difficult for me, but I would try and try many many times before succeeding in certain areas of story mode. And unfortunately, to unlock characters and arenas and other stuff, you need to beat story mode. The story itself is uninspired. The new characters are almost... unwelcome. I'd rather they just crammed in more superheroes than give us these bullcrap "Imperfects". And at the end and beginning of a battle, when your character engages in a little banter, it gets really really old after a while when they say the same two things over and over again. The finishing moves are cool. Too bad there is only one of them per character. The graphics are not diappointing, and they did an ok job of getting in everyone's powers. The game was fun while it lasted, and I'm lucky I only paid 20 bucks for it. So look out for this one if you want some good, cheap, Marvel fun. But don't take it to be the same quality as X-Men Legends or anything. It just isn't that good.
