One of the best action rpgs ever
The game plays even more easily than Raven's past excellent efforts (X-Men Legends 1 and 2), and the customization for each hero goes beyond simply buying powers with your level increase, to actually having to decide whether to grow your heroes as a team, or improving their costumes (granted, it doesn't sounds like it's a terrific way of improving them, but it's worth every single XP invested here, trust me), or actually having to buy the same powers, which now make much more sense.
The cast is also very good, with all of the major Marvel superheroes and supervillians depicted (even with appearances of several X-Men), and the graphic engine was also twitched up a lot.
I recommend this game for anyone, Marvel fan or not. It's just that I get the impression that, were I a Marvel fan, this wouldn't get a 9 but a 10 out of me.
