Great in every aspect of a game
Once again players fill the blood stained shoes of Command ~Insert First Name Here~ Shepard. After playing the first game I was stunned to the point that I played through it another 3 or 4 times. Now after finishing Mass Effect 2 I can only utter, "Whoa."
The graphics have improved since the first game (Not like Crackdown to Crackdown 2 cartoony style though) so now animations and the ongoing background seem less static.
Once again you must gather a team to fight against the threat of the galaxy. And in true Bioware style players must choose from the various options of dialogue in order to get a desirable (or undesirable) outcome.
The combat in the game is better then Mass Effect but I must say it would be interesting if Mass Effect 2 had a 1st person shooter mode instead of just over the shoulder (unless you're a sniper, which goes without saying).
All in all Mass Effect 2 is possibly the greatest game of 2010 (better then Bayonetta in my opinion) but lets let the judges decide at the end of the year. The year is still young….
