not as good as i hoped but its still good, it was a bit easy even on insanity, i managed to pass it pretty effortlessly. but i was really good at me1 so maybe i just got better at me2 and that's why it seemed easy, didn't like the shops or weapons, should have been like the first one. the story was good, same as game play but i didn't like it how we had to pick up ammo if on the first one it says in the codex that 1 magazine could shoot thousands of bullets before reloading, instead of picking up ammo it should be just a quick reload, that's one big thing that disappointed me. i loved the characters but should have been special side quests where i got to use the characters that survived in ME1 for example, i chose to save wrex and would have been nice to use him once more even if it was only for 1 mission it still would be fun.the characters at some points looked really robotic so i think they should make the move more fluently on the next one. I give Mass Effect 2 an 8.5/10 because it was an excellent game but could have been made better if they just took a little bit more time making it.
