Commander Shepard comes back with another great adventure

Pro: very beautiful graphics, great writing (especially story-wise), characters which grow on you (all except one), deep customization, a truckload of free downloadable content (if you buy a new copy), great cast (Jennifer Hale voices the female Commander Shepard) and lots of decisions for the gamer to make

Average: 'cover and shooting' system and weapon selection

Cons: jams once in a while (around one time per one and a half hours), side-missions are not always fun to complete (most of them are fetch quests), only one of the returning character is playable (you only get to interact with the others for less than five minutes), your decisions in Mass Effect 1 only affect a very small portion of the game (mainly dialogue and cutscenes), one of the party members is bland and cliche (he does not, even when you are his girlfriend, let down his guard at all and is very formal throughout the entire game) and controls are sometimes clunky (such as when you control the hammerhead)
