I loved playing the first Mass Effect, the incredible graphics, great combat engine and truly impressive and gripping story made it a great buy and gave me soo many hours of enjoyment. Mass Effect 2 is no different, at first I was apprehensive to the changes in the combat engine but overtime came to love it. This is a game for anyone who has the patience for it, given how large a game it is and how much there is to do the length of time required to complete it may put some off but it is well worth the effort. This game takes many classic RPG elements and combines them with modern day FPS characteristics creating a powerful experience for players to enjoy, being it leveling up a character for a certain role, or by shooting the flame pack on an enemy Vorcha causing it to explode. The story is just as rich as the first game and the cinematic sequences will further grip players attention. Having just heard of Mass Effect 2 winning the title of Ultimate game of the Year at the golden joystick awards, its good to see I do not feel alone that Mass Effect 2 is an amazing game.
