Mass Effect 2 is an incredible experience that should no missed by anyone!
Graphics 9.8/10:
The game looks Amazing. Sometimes while playing the game, i noticed a few frame rate drops. Which made the game less enjoyable.
Game play 10/10:
The game plays perfect. The controls are responsive and very easy to master, and you can also command you team one at a time (unlike Mass Effect 1). The combat in the game was improved and made better.Bioware took away the inventory system in Mass Effect 1 and replaced it with an upgrade system that allows you to upgrade your weapons and armor. It is a great change and i personally am glad to get rid of the annoying inventory. The game does have a few glitches though, sometimes the enemy makes stupid things like hide right in front of you, and your teammates sometimes just freeze while in the middle of combat, that can sometimes get frustrating and ruins the experience.
Sound 10/10:
The soundtrack was very well made. Sometimes, i just stood there and listened to the music. It's even better during combat. The sound of bullets and the enemy as they attack. Even your squad as they take down an enemy. Not to mention the perfect script and the way the characters move while talking make the game more realistic and enjoyable.
Lasting appeal:
The game has a ton of replay value. When i beat the game for the first time, i played it again just to see how differently things would turn out. Trust me, they turned out VERY different.
One more thing i forgot to mention were the looooooooong loading times the game had. Loading sometimes takes forever. I would rather sit in an elevator then watch a 2 minute loading screen.
Overall, Mass Effect 2 is a well made and fantastic treat for all gamers. Whether your a shooter or RPG fan you will enjoy this game and forget about the flaws. If you haven't bought this game yet, i hope this review changed your mind.
