30 hours of an amazing game let down by the last 10 minutes.
Pros:
--Combat is near perfect in this game from the shooting mechanics to the ability to combine tech, biotic, and weapon abilites for combined effects.
--A plethora of weapons to choose from.
--Mass Effect 3 stays true and delivers a great journey to the end of this trilogy.
--Got rid of planet resource scanning.
--Diverse and interesting enemies.
--The best gameplay experiences in the series.
Cons:
--The end of the journey. A fantastic build up climaxes with a short, lackluster ending to this trilogy that left me thinking, "Is that really it....?" If not for the ending of this game I would be inclined to give it a 10.
--The cover system can be annoying. Going into or out of cover when you weren't meaning to or rolling when not intended, though this happens only on rare occasions.
--Some of the more intimate moments enjoyed between you and your crew mates in the previous 2 games are lacking a bit in this installment.
Ultimately I had an amazing time playing through this game and would really like the ending to not have affected my experience when I look back on the rest of the game. Sadly it does. Definitely play it and enjoy it but don't expect the ending that the epicness of this trilogy has caused us to expect.
