While the combat modes are boring, the

This game was, when I first played, going to be this amazing game that I would compare to BioShock. Unfortunately, this was not the feeling that I had the entire time I played. It is a clever game, but reviews really exaggerate the amount of role playing actually done. There are always the group of three people who save the entire galaxy. There is of course the one alien who holds the power to destroy sentient life as we know it, just like 50,000 years before the events of this game. This game lacks AI that can perform the simplest task of following your character. The side missions are boring, considering that a lot of them are in your vehicle, which is big and clunky to say the least. Overall, I am happy I rented it.
There are its strong points, though. The voice acting, graphics, and sound are incredible. That only goes so far, though. It drew me in but I couldn't play it. I would try and wait for a Mass Effect 2, where the developers have all of the bad parts of the game taken out.
