Probably the best PC to Handheld experience you'll ever play. Ive played this game on all major consoles, the PS2 version being the worst. But Max Payne on the GBA? Was that even possible? Somehow, Rockstar pulled it off. My hats off to them, this is a very impressive GBA game in my eyes. Gameplay: The game plays almost exactly like Max Payne on the PC. You run around gunning down mobsters and... that's pretty much all you do, which is always fun. You can't technically aim, but if you aim in the general direction you'll hit the guy. Graphics: Yeah, for a GBA game. It looks impressive, I mean... man how did they do that? Also, the graphic novel images still look great. Sound: Wow, almost one hour of voice dialogue. That's impressive, the gun sounds and stuff sound great and all... But they fit so much voice dialogue on a cartridge Value: You can unlock some new difficulty options, cheats, and the ability to watch the Graphic Novels all at once. The game isnt as long as the PC version, but that's understandable. Max Payne on the GBA is just a charming game, it's fun, it's original, and it's an impressive technical feat. This game is really recomendable for any action fan, or Max Payne fans looking for something original.
