If this game wasn't called max payne 3, it would be a great game but....

Well i was so excited about playing this game, even i have played and beat Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2 a few weeks ago because i wanted to feel ready for the next part.. sadly i must to say i'm very dissapointed with this one, because when i played the first chapter of the story i was like (WOW this is amazing!!) but after playing and playing.. i haven't feel i was playing Max Payne.. it wasnt the max payne i know even it lost so much about his original part that it seems as if you were playing with a character that you know (In my case i felt i was playing with John Mclane.. most of the parts remind me to Die Hard 4) i think the idea and the way Don Housser (GTA and Red Dead Redemption's writer) took this one was a waste.. it would be ok if he would do something new to start a franchise.. but c'mon...! Max Payne 3? are you kidding me?? this is a mess of story, even the ending is a mess, nevermind.
even i didnt want to understand the stupid plot because its so boring and even it doesnt have a Comic Scene!! omg it was something so important and they didnt add it.

Sam Lake we miss you man, we miss your ideas, i know you are working in Alan Wake's Franchise, but Max Payne was something revolutionary when it came out with the first part.. anyway i just know i will love Max Payne 1 and i will keep playing Max Payne 1, the Sam Lake's face model into the character with James Mccaffrey's voice acting forever!!

Now here comes another side of the coin.

Rockstar.. the story of the game... was a MESS!! but theres something very important that i have to say thank you rockstar!.

1. This game is very well optimized i could run it very well with my Core2duo 1.8ghz, 3gb ram. Geforce 9600GT with Dx9 of course because i use Win xp SP3, and i thought this game was going slow!! but no! i got the surprise that i could play it very softly, High details 1024x768 85z and the texture quality kept there, finally rockstar have learnt about Pc game optimization in this one, i hope they do the same with GTAV when it comes out.

2. Theres another important thing that its missing in the most wanted games by today but this one got it, LAN support, Finally!!.

3. Multiplayer is very cool its fun, it has different modes to play, most of them are very fun even you can play with every character of the previous ones including the original Max payne!

4. Bullet Time and a few amazing moves in the character when the enemy is getting closer.

5. Terrific voice acting because the only original thing this game got was the amazing James Maccafrey's voice acting.

6. Amazing Graphics, this game looks wonderful!!!

sadly i can't rate this game with a 8.5, 9.0, 9.5 and a 10, because the story was the thing most important in the Max Payne games.. and this one.. didnt get it.

If you havent played Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2 again waiting this and you take this one without play the previous ones, so maybe you will love this game, but if you are a Max payne Fan and you have played the 1 and 2 waiting this, i'm affraid this game will make you feel veery veery dissapointed.

but small details make big differences = LAN Support and Amazing Optimization if we talk about Rockstar, but we can't change it.. this game has been made.. i guess the only last thing that we would need to check about Max Payne it would be the last film (Payne and Redemption).. the rest, go back to play Max Payne 1 and revive everything that this game killed inside yourself about your love for this character.

I like the multiplayer mode so thats why my rate for this game will be.
