I remember exactly my first encounter with Max Payne over a decade ago, giving the Matrix style innovative gameplay back grounded by superb storytelling. In the latest Rockstar instalment of the popular franchise nothing has changed in the matter of the product value - Max is still a superb action game and as already mentioned above, he can still deal with all enemies in bullet time flashy way. The core gameplay is great, all controls responsible and the camera works well. Another thing is the visual side of the game - it is really amazing, all locations are very well presented, focusing on environment details and in general the game is much more colourful in comparison to the previous instalments. Everything in driven by superb told (movie style) story, which is a mix between the current events and Max past showed in retrospection. Overall this game rocks and I would recommend it to any gamer which is looking for instant action game with superb storytelling.
