Max Payne is a satisfying action game that has a good enough storyline to keep players interested. The action can get a little repetitive as you progress through the game, but its done so well that you don't tire of blowing your enemies away in slow motion. The only beef I had with the game was the dream sequences which to me were absolutly pointless. I don't need a hardship storyline to justify going on a scum bag killing spree. To me the dream sequences took me a little out of the game, but they are short, and once you are back into the real game, you don't really even think about it. All in all if you want a fun action packed game that is easy to pick up and get into, this is one to get. At 20 bucks, or probably even less by now, you really can't go wrong.
