A break from DJMP...with some light-heartedness..
Besides having the many unlockables, there is the daily dojo mode and the seven islands stuff, just great stuff.
Rhythm game gamers who are playing the DJMP series on the PSP should try this out as a break from the real game.
Taiko can be seen as an entertaining alternative, relatively relaxing rhythm game.
What i like most about this are the familiar songs and the light-hearted visualizations.
Some of the songs may be too long, but they are worth the length. Familiar classical songs are not shabbily reduced to simplified versions, which is a good thing.
Overall, pick this up for some great replay value, with four levels of difficulty, meaning four times the amount of replayability.
On a side note, pair this up with DJMP on the PSP and Rhythm Tengoku Gold and you've got yourself a portable rhythm gaming combo.
