This game had it all! Good graphics for the day, an intriguing storyline that put you in the middle of WWII, and innovative gameplay that was unmatched at the time. Smart AI(ie the enemies hide, alarm, kick back grenades when thrown, and even jump on grenades to save fellow soldiers), great first person control, and in depth levels rounded out great gaming. This blueprint has been duplicated, then enhanced in all of the proceeding Medal Of Honor games. The only thing that lacked in this game was a so-so multiplayer mode. However, the fantastic presentation and pace of the single player mode more than made up for this. If you haven't played the original Medal Of Honor, you owe it to yourself to see why the MOH franchise has become so popular and duplicated by other WWII sims.
