This HD reboot of the best World War 2 experience on a home console is, by far, the definitive version to play.
The graphics look great for this HD reboot. It's not up to par with the new Medal of Honor or any new games really but it looks great for an HD PS2 game. The sound is still as great as it was back in the day. Atmospheric, authentic, and accurate. Medal of Honor has always been known for great audio and Frontline is no exception. Improvements include frame rate and and controls. The reboot plays much better and you can play with modern controls. Aiming is much smoother and cleaner and you can now aim down the barrel.
This game is truly the definitive version to play. The graphics are great, the gameplay is great, and it really immerses you into the World War 2 experience. A great single player game, one of the best Medal of Honor games, and one of the greatest World War 2 games. So far Frontline HD is only included with the PS3 version of the new Medal of Honor. And Frontline alone is worth this purchase.
