This is a great game and good follow up to the first Medal of Honor game.
User Rating: 8.7 | Medal of Honor Underground PS
Gameplay: In Medal of Honor: Underground it actually takes place before the events in the first game. The OSS and the Underground movement will recruit you on a variety of missions to help the war effort. These assignments will take you around France and even to Africa (a la Casablanca) to battle the Nazis. This time you play as a female character named Manon works well as a character and helps draw you into the rich, vibrant world. There are real footage from the French resistace during that time at the start of most levels to inform you about what was going. So anyways the game follows a linear path and sort of guides you towards the goal, with the mission assignments scattered along the way. There are offshoots here and there, but I really wanted to see more freedom and a greater sense of a realized world. Even the larger levels still follow a very linear flow, with too many locked doors and blocked off entryways. Nonetheless, the levels are still well designed. With the weapons Manon has a large assortment of WWII-era weaponry at her disposal, from side arms and rifles to Molotov cocktails and the Panzerfaust (an antitank rocket launcher. There is also a multplayer part of the game which one can play up to four players, but it's still quite similer to the first game in terms of gameplay.
Graphics: I have to say that the graphics are really well done in this game. Like the first game the levels are well made and the character models are also well done. Everything is also has good shading and texture to it.
Sound: Well it's well know that EA puts alot of effot in the sound quality in there Medal of Honor games. Everything from the explotions, gun fire and voice acting is really well done. So I don't have to say much here.
Value: All in all the replay value in this game is quite good. The single player is quite attictive so once you go though it once, you might want to go fight your way though it again. Also the multiplayer portion of the game should be fun enough to keep you busy for several hours. (It's alot like the 007 Golden eye and perfect dark games). All in all I give this game 8.7 out of 10.
