Don't believe your friends! The game takes REAL military to a whole new level.

Medal of Honor is one of the only FPS games that I have ever seen use real life military codes/guns/people/gameplay. It is the only game where snipers are realistic, damage is ultra realistic, and gameplay speed is very realistic. The way the guns handle, the way your character runs/moves is real, and the way the singleplayer plays it suits my fancy. If your not looking for a MW2 run around, knife people, aim down the scope with no cover then MoH is the game for you!

The only problem I have with this game is the lack of customization and just overall games. After all this is a game, it needs more game modes - it needs more customization - it needs more player experience. The mulitplayer is just a simple | Heres a gun, put a scope on it and/or silencer/or damage bullets and go kill those guys. There is objectives but really all you do is just either hold the point or explode it.

Personally I'd save your wallets and wait for Black-Ops since the amount of customization and game modes that game is having makes it all worth the while.

Summed up:
MoH adds a great amount of good realism that the FPS genre needs but executed it way to quickly by not adding more customization or game modes.
