Just off the mark. Doesn't feel quite right....

User Rating: 7.5 | MediEvil: Resurrection PSP
The Good:

Long enough storymode // Good sound // Interesting story // Good difficulty level // Graphics better than worse.

The Bad:

Controls could be better // Gameplay becomes dodgy and frustrating.

There is something that holds this game back from being great, the problem is, I'm not sure what. I think if a little bit of everything was a bit better, it could make a huge difference. The storymode is a good length, and is interesting. The story is great. Also, the difficulty level is not too hard, but not too easy. The music is very good, so the sound, overall, is a stronger point in the game. The Graphics aren't bad, but aren't great either. I guess they do the job. The main problem of Medievil: Resurrection, is the gameplay, and this holds it back from being a great game, and is the difference between "great" and "good". The controls are just frustrating and could be loads better.

Gameplay: 6

Bad point of the game. Drags it down. Still okay though. It's the awkward controls and the way Dan moves and attacks.

Graphics: 7

They do their job. The cut-scenes are great and just as good as any other game's.

Sound: 8 The sound is a strong part of Medievil: Resurrection. Good music and Sound Effects.

Value: 8

The value is also a good part of the game. It should take sometime between 10 and 20 hours which is quite a good value. A few weeks, about.

Overall: 7.5

Worth about a maximum of $60. I don't recommend paying anymore than that. Still, quite a fun, long game with a great story that passes.
