Mega Awesome!!
Each level you choose will land you in a unique atmosphere, booming with its own enemies, music, and rhythm. For example, Heat Man's level is a completely different experience than let's say Bubble Man's Level, and Air Man's Level is completely different than Quick Man's level. The graphics are so appealing that you will not want to put this game down.
Audio wise, Mega Man 2 by far has some of the best music when compared to other NES games, and sometimes even the current gen games! It is so catchy and so well written and composed that you will find yourself tapping to each level. I am sure many can agree that Air Man's music was one of everyone's favorite tunes.
The game play is quite simple for a platform game. You start out with a boss, play your way through their level and fight them at the end. But the key is to use the appropriate weapon you have acquired from a previous boss against a certain boss. An example would be using Bubble Man's weapon against Heat Man. It'll do an extremely devastating amount of damage to him.
Mega Man 2 is a perfect example of how platform games should have played and looked back in the day. The appealing levels, goofy enemies, awesome music, and fun boss fights make this one a must have!!
