heres the first review for megaman 4: HARD

I say this is the hardest megaman game ever. This one is just so difficult to me. The bosses became ten tiems harder. In the original megamans i never had problems with hte bosses, just the levels. Starting 4 the bosses are extremely hard too. But the game is still great. The music is awesome like in all megaman games. The gameplay is the same of course, they realized they had a great system going and never changed it: just jump and shoot. This game is an impossible classic, which i have yet to beat, but i still love it.
