It has some short comings but overall it's a pretty good game.

User Rating: 8.6 | Mega Man Battle Network 3 White GBA
Mega Man Battle Network 3 Mega Man Battle Network 3 boasts all the great game play of the first two games and added world of all new features. If you’ve never played a Battle Network game then this one is a great place to start. Mega Man Battle Network 3 (MMBN3) draws the line in the world of Mega Man video games. Instead of just being one game, like all the classics, you can buy it in two different versions: White and Blue. Each version has it’s own unique bosses battle chips, enemies, and surprises. Story: MMBN3 game is the third instilment in the Mega Man Battle Network series. The game takes place in the year 200X (a not-to-distant future) where multi-featured cell phones (called PET) and humanoid navigation programs (known as Net Navis) battle all too real computer viruses. This game will make a lot more sense if you’ve played it’s two predecessors. For those of you who haven’t here’s an over view of the story so far. It’s been a month since the events of Mega Man Battle Network 2. And all seems to be going well for our heroes, Lan and Mega Man. But little do they know that their arch enemy, Wily, is planning to resurrect an ancient virus to destroy the internet once and for all.

Game Play: You run around in the real world as Lan Hikari, an 11-year-old, boy collecting battle chips and doing jobs for your friends. In the Internet you play as Mega Man seeking out and destroying enemy navis and viruses. While you are running around (in the internet) the screen will flash white and you’ll be thrown into battle against a virus. This usually happens every 1-2 minutes while in the Internet. When in battle you select a series of battle chips (weapons) and use them along with your mega buster (basic hand gun) to delete your enemies. One new addition from the past MMBN games is the Navi Customizer. It allows you to program special abilities into Mega Man that he will automatically get to use in battle.

Violence: In the game you fight a large array of enemies most of which are somewhat robotic. One major fact that tones down the violence of MMBN3 is the fact that you aren’t fighting people, your “deleting” computer viruses. When destroyed they simply blow up in a cloud of smoke.

Adult Content: The words stupid an idiot are referenced once in the game. Also, in one of the beginning levels when Mega Man levels up for the very first time he exclaims “What the?!?!,” but past that nothing more is said.

Christian Rating/Spiritual Content: In one level you go to an island called Hades Isle and is meant to look scary, but it is really just a set for a TV show. Mega Man Battle Network 3 is a very fun game. It does have it’s short comings, but all in all it’s a great game. I would recommend it for any one who likes RPGs and long story lines.
