There was some hype among MegaMan Battle Network fans, and, when this game was released, all of that hype went down the drain. MegaMan Network Transmission is a reminder that every once in a while, Capcom releases a blindingly average game...or in this case, a terribly bad game. The games formula is pretty simple. Go around in various stages, collect battle chips, use them against enemies, and find your way to the uber boss who can kick your butt by just thinking about it. That's right. For a MegaMan game, Network Transmission is extremely difficult. If anyone can beat this game in a sitting, they should be considered a gaming god. This game is beyond annoying. Beyond frustating. This game, is impossibly frustatingly and annoyingly hard. These bosses could quite possibly make you burst a blood vessel, or even brake the disc in half. Network Transmission really doesn't bring anything new to the table, that is, other than extreme difficulty. The graphics are average, the gameplay is poor, and there really is nothing to this game- not even strategy. All this game is, is a failure to MegaMan games, and even the most hardcore MegaMan gamers will find not much keeping them playing this game.
