Mega Man X 2 is the one of the excellent SNES Mega Man X games. I think these games are the best ever. With that said this game has a harder set of robot masters than the first and probably some of the most interesting ones in the series. This game also includes some new game mechanics like a motor cycle that is plane fun. The large mechanical suit creates a hovering mechanic with big rotating spike hands. The downside of this game is that the weapons you get from the robot masters are not as functional as the first X game(which IMO is probably the 2nd best sets of weapons in the Mega Man series). With that said they are FUN and the new armor set has new functions that are enjoyable as well. There are X hunters in this game with a plot of something like bounty hunters working for a mysterious master hunting down X. They also hold the parts of Zero and have a plan with them. I'm trying to avoid spoilers even though I'm sure we can all guess the punch line. This is for sure a fun game and not one of the bad games from the series and anyone who likes the series or good side scrollers in general should jump on this title if they haven't already.
