Mega Man X2

Mega Man X2 is a pretty good sequel to Mega Man X. But how good is pretty good?

Gameplay: 8/10
Like any Mega Man game, it still uses the same tried-and-true formula, that we've come to know and love. But it isn't all there this time around. The boss battles aren't really that amazing, and the weapons are almost completely useless outside of the boss battles!

Graphics: 10/10
The graphics are still nice, with some good looking enemies and stages, it's nice to look at.

Sound: 9/10
The music in X2 isn't really as good as it was in the first MMX game. All the songs are good, and go well with the levels, but only a couple are really memorable.

Still, Mega Man X2 is an excellent game. Go pick it up if you don't have it. Can't find it? Then get the Mega Man X collection.
