Out of all the Mega Man games I've played (from 1 to X6) this one has always been the one I've come back to.

Out of all the Mega Man games I've played (which is all from 1 to X6) this one has always been the one I've come back too. The balance of the game plays out to be a decently long side-scroller with difficult but addicting gameplay and a lot of style. Sure, the cut scenes in the form of pop-up dialougue boxes aren't much for an immersing story, but with this game it goes unsaid that that aspect isn't neccesary. The style of the art in this game is the best of the series previous games, and the ability to play as Zero and own the stage ups the gameplay considerably. Also, the upgrades you can recieve (including Zero's beam saber) make X more powerful than ever before. Definitly a must-have for anyone remotely interested in the Mega Man series or a fun game.
