Not As Good As The First.

Metal Gear started in the early 90's and has aged magnificently. The MG series is labelled by some critics as the greatest game series of all and the father of all stealth games and of course the best. There have been many MG games over the year on almost every system available so it was inevitable that a MG PSP game would emerge. So as everyone Foresaw a metal gear game was announced on the PSP, however it was shockingly A card based game steering some hopefulls away straight away. However the loyal fans who stayed and bought the game were rewarded and it was shockingly good and the fans soon came back. Now we have the number 2 but in my opinion it isnt as good as the first.

The gameplay is basically the same with lots of new added cards totalling 500 in all much more better than the originals 200. Also there is many added features such as the new and improved move engine and the solid eye feature that enables players to experience the game in 3d. The new added modes include an Arena mode in which players battle classic bosses from previous games and also a extra mission mode that activates when a player retries a completed level but this along with Arena mode is there for added points.

The graphics have changed alot and sadly they havent improved at all in fact they have deproved. The game is based around a 3d graphic system called Solid Eye in which i explained before. But without the Solid Eye the graphics are basically rubbish putting it straight but the music however has improved unlike the graphics.

The game is of course still fantastic and should be bought BUT only by the people who have finished the original as you wont understand this and simply if you dont have any buy the original as its much much better.
