I feel quite strongly that cards should be left in the real world, and not in games.

Metal Gear Acid is its own...thing. Although I didn't get far into the game, I did liked where the story was going. Unfortunately, the whole virtual card system being incorporated into a series founded almost entirely on 'Tactical Espionage,' felt too ridiculous to play. I've been following the Metal Gear series since the NES days, and I enjoyed how you can control Solid Snake in a variety of ways. With the card gameplay in 'Acid' I really did not like how I couldn't control the action in real time. I thought it laughable that I couldn't dive for cover, or fire at the most opportune moment, simply because I wasn't dealt the the right set of cards. I felt the game was utterly absurd, as if Solid Snake himself growled "to HELL with this!" I feel that cards should be left in the physical world, far from the virtual plane.
