For those who say that MGS is the true stealth series compared to the Splinter Cell series need to get their head out of

I first encountered Solid Snake in the PS game, Metal Gear Solid, and it was a sweet experience. I loved that game, it had nice storyline and was a very must have game for the PlayStation. No doubt the best spy game at that time.
Now, many years later, I have completed the sequel which I am reviewing. It was a nice stroll down memory lane (when ye actually got to play the game and control Snake, which was sorta like 10min after ye started the game) and it was a nice experience.

The controls are easier on the X-box version than the PS2 version (my friend has the PS2 version and I played a bit o' it at his place to try it out), and the graphics (it can be my imagination but still) is a bit better, a bit sharper and not as blurry as many PS2 games are, which is to be expected of an X-Box game.

Now the Tanker episode was good, I liked it. The Plant episode sucked though, the twist on the story was extremely strange and nope it did not appeal to me. The first twist was sorta cool but then it just got weird and ridiculous. I must say that this was not a worthy sequel to the great game o' MGS.

And coming back to my Review Deck, this game cannot call itself a real stealth game as it does and many Swedish game magazines say: "The best stealth game ever!", not when there is REAL stealth games by Ubisoft....yes that's correct, I am talking about the Splinter Cell series.
MGS2:S is more of a conspiracy game or such with some stealth stuff and some assault stuff if ye all can dig what I be babbling about :-)

To sum it all up, this game is not a must have nor is it an entertaining game at the end, where it sorta gets saggy and all (too much story cutscenes, actually it feels like ye more watch most of the game rather than playing it).
If yer out to get a stealth game, go get a Splinter Cell game. If yer after the continuing story of MGS, well it's a given ye need this but I can tell ye it doesn't satisfy if yer like me.
