Both old and new fans of the mgs series will enjoy.

To start, a very popular game on the ps2. I personally bought the game very late, not to mention i played mgs3 before this. If you are a new player to mgs i would recomend this game first. The first thing i noticed were the graphics which for the time are amazing. If you are a old fan and havnt played this game already for some strange reason, then you might be dissapointed with the the character you play with over half the game(its not snake). The story is almost cinamatic like most mgs games but at the end it almost gives you an overload of plot twists and turning points which left me somewhat confused. Overall i recommend this game if you either have not switched to the new consols or are just a fan of the series. If you are new to gaming in general you can select the very easy setting which can still have some difficulty in the later parts of the game. This is an overall good game but because of the confusing plot twists and a ending that leaves you guessing i give it a 9.
