From the openning scene, to the ending scene; this game keeps you gripping the end of your seat to the bitter end. To me, this game is everything I could ask for in a video game. It features an amazing story, superb graphics, and replayability that could last forever. This game is very short; the entire game can be completed within three hours if you skip all the dazzling cutscenes and interesting codec calls. But the thing about this game is that it can be replayed over and over. The story is very complicated, and therefore the player is inclined to play the game again. There are also many ways to complete the game. Every time you play it is a new experience. This time round, the Metal Gear Solid team had enough funding to afford better musical scores. Hideo Kojima (Director) wanted the game to sound like a Hollywood blockbuster, and what better way than to hire a Hollywood composer to do the work? Harry-Gregson Williams was asked to compose the music for this game, and what an amazing job he did. The music in this game is probably the best music you could come across in a video game. Without doubt this is one of the best games on the PS2. An amazing story of courage of determination. This game will be remembered while most others are long forgotten.
