Is it perfect?

Metal Gear Solid 2 is the sequel to the bestselling playstation game Metal Gear Solid that came out in 1998. The first thing I have to tell you is that this game has been out for about three years now. And having played through it again before palying MGS 3 left me speechless. The game hasn't become old-looking or old-feeling AT ALL. I actually enjoyed this one more than MGS3. But that is just my opinion. The biggest pro to Metal Gear Solid 2 : Sons of Liberty is again like in MGS and MGS 3, it's story and "out-game" directing. If there was that cathegory, MGS 2 would probably win an Oscar. A lot of people were very disappointed at the story when it came out. The first time I played it, 3 years ago when it came out, I didn't understand anything either. But after the second time around, everything becomes clear. Graphicaly, the game hasn't took one year and still looks totally fresh. I isn't as detailed as MGS3 but it remains as good looking as most of 2005's or 2004's games. The gameplay has envolved a lot since MGS. The biggest change is the (revollutionary by the way) possibility to take a look when you are against a wall at a corner. Every infiltration game has used this move since then. The game isn't very long...count about 20 hours to go through it. But there are a lot of difficulty modes and you really should play it at least twice. In my opinion this is one of playstation 2's best with MGS 3 and Silent Hill 2!
