I didn't know what I was in for...
Gameplay:
Like the last Metal Gear, the gameplay is a stealth-involved thriller which required patience and wit. It's amazing how much joy it gives you to sneak past an enemy undetected, or distracting him with a magazine and popping him in the head. Note: this game may make killing people fun for you.
Graphics:
Although the Xbox could have made some improvements over the original PS2 version, you can complain, seeing as how the graphics are still stunning, especially during cutscenes.
Sound:
The sound effects work like a charm, as they play a big part in the gameplay. MGS2 also deserves credit for having great voice-acting.
Value: Substance adds many new things to enjoy which the original PS2 version didn't have. The VR missions are added, as well as some other bonus features.
MGS2 is a great game which will attract fans of any genre. On a side note: the game involves one of the greatest storylines you may ever have the pleasure of involving yourself in.
