Metal Gear Solid is back with a remake of its 2001 Sons of Liberty that was released on the PS2 now on the Xbox. The game is still the same so if you have played it on the PS2 there is no need to get this version. The game does offer some new tweks than in MGS1 such as first-person shooting, hanging from rails, hiding bodies in lockers, and dog tag collecting. The games story is very hard to understand with all of twists and the late antics of Col. Campbell. The bosss battles are harder than ever such as with Vamp and Solidus. The hated charecter switch is still hear though from playing the first 1-2 hours of play as Solid Snake (the best part of the game) and into the rest of the game as the girly haired Raiden. Raiden is the new main charcter for this game, but did we need to have him in the game since Snake is really the only charcters fans want to play as after all. If you have the sensation to play as Snake (like I did) there are a couple of extra missions known as Snake Tales. VR mission are hear along with Boss Survival mode and the Casting Theature which we let you change the beginning to the ending and some cut-sense in between. This game is good if you only play through the Tanker chapter (Snake's part of the game) and just skip the Plant chapter, but if you're a hardcore Metal Gear fan like me you will love it anyway.
