Great story, gameplay, graphics, and sound. Validates the greatness of the Metal Gear series.

I thought Snake Eater was one of the best PS2 games I've ever owned. Pretty much everything was as good as Substance except it's all Snake. I'm not much of a Raiden hater, I think he's a decent character. I got kinda fed up with all the having to search for food business but I guess it's essential to create something more realistic. Snake Eater has some of the best music I've heard in a game and is comparable to Substance's and the original Metal Gear Solid. Graphics-wise, it was pretty good except for a few minor glitches. Gameplay is still solid except you don't have Radar anymore and you have to use a backpack (which sucked). Radio time and loading seemed to be a bit long but acceptable. All in all, a great game.
