Gameplay:
Take everything MGS3, add a new camera, and new minigames and such, and you have Subsistence. With the new added modes (like extra Snake vs. Monkey levels, online, etc.) the gameplay just got better.

Graphics:
Still top-notch, and they even look cleaner in this version.

Sound:
All the great music and voice acting is still there.

Replay:
As with the gameplay, with the addition of new modes and levels, you'll keep playing this for hours.

Overall:
Even if you have MGS3, buy this. It has a acheive what few games have in my book: a perfect rating. Simply one of the best games ever made.
