Last year i purchased Snake Eater on the day it came out at my local Gamestop. After playing the game i was hooked the story, the graphics, the sound they all wove together seamlessly to create this vibrant colorful world. The only thing that hampered my experience with the game was its static camera angles. well no more! no more will gamers be so put off by the lousy camera angles that they will quit the game and miss out on its truly breath taking story. The technical staff at Kojima Productions has done a truly amazing job at reworking the camera angles into a truly respectable 3D game engine. This brings me to my second point; the story. Kojima has always been know for his grandiose, some would say convoluted, story lines and not once in Subsistence does he fail to deliver. The delicate balance between the absurd and the and the awe inspiring is never disrupted. The extras are another high point in the Subsistence offering you get : The online, Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, and if you pre ordered Metal Gear Saga which is like a mini documentary about the history of the Metal Gear series. The price is also awesome at $29.99 MGS3:Subsistence is affordable and just plain good so do yourself a favor and buy it.
