AWESOME! No other word to describe this game. I have beaten Halo 2, played grand theft auto san adreas, ghost recon 2, and Metal Gear: Snake Eater is my favorite by far and away. Great graphics, plenty of weapons, multiple difficulty levels, rich/vivid landscape, good aiming on shooter portion, and very, very creative. I love the camoflouge choices, and having to forage for food and game. The water, landscape, and characters are incredibly rich. The characters are very well done, and the story line keeps me going the entire way through. It's a game that I enjoy taking my time and completing everything because I don't want to miss a thing. I am not sure that there are any 3rd person shooter games I haven't played, and certainly have played all the splinter cell series, as well as, previous metal gears. This is my favorite of all of those games. My only criticism is that I would have liked to move the camera angle using the right analogue stick. Should be able to view 360 at all times, but can't given limited capability of the game. The graphics, creativity, and characters more than make up for the shortfall. Bring on Metal Gear Solid 4, if it is anything like this, I will be the first in line!!
