An amazing finish to an amazing series
Story:
Anyone who has played the Metal Gear Solid series knows that Hideo Kojima is a master storyteller, and this fact is no different in Metal Gear Solid 4. What makes the story so notable is that it brings back alot of old favorites like Meryl, Naomi, and Otacon and it answers all the questions from the previous games. Of course Snake is superb in this game thanks to his no nonsense personallity and his bravery
Gameplay:
I personally enjoyed the gameplay segments for Metal Gear Solid 4 because you can approach each level the way you would like. By the previous statement I mean that you can approach a level by just overtly shooting everyone, or you can sneak around using Snake's various tools.
Graphics:
I personally believe that this is the best looking game this generation. All the characters are beautifully made, and the cutscenes are crisp and clear. Since the graphics are so good,it really adds to some of the emotional scenes in the game because of how humanlike the characters look.
Cons:
There are only two problems that I have personally found with the game. The first problem is the length of the gameplay sections. There is only about 6 hours of actual gameplay. The only other issue I found with this game is that the majority of the bosses were not as memorable as they were from the other games
In conlusion, I must say that this is an excellent conclusion to the main Metal Gear Solid series, and I highly recommend this game to anyone who has been keeping up with the Metal Gear Solid series.
