This is my first time ever to play a MGS game....and being the first time, im extremely impressed with its delivery to the PSP system. Completely different and yet compelling to dig in to the depths of the storyline with very high replayability and outstanding audio and visuals. Although the controls are a bit akward in ways that it could be much more intuitive, LUCKiLY, there is a custom control editor that allows you to create your own actions and movements on face buttons etc and D-pad; Which ive edited to as close to Syphon Filters control scheme. I was left Awestruct to see the finest detail in character models ever on a PSP system...Some say they were expecting better environmental graphics, but let me tell you this, is that the environments are Just as great as of Syphon Filter...except for some terrain textures, other than that, the buildings and everything else is sharp. If you ask me to decide which to choose over, Syphon or MGS:PO....its simply MGS...although i do miss some stuff in Syphon like the blood gushing neck stabbing etc, its all for the good reasons to hail the mighty good MGS...
All in all its just like watching a movie and playing the main character...hissssss SNAKE.... For this Holiday Season it is a must have...
