A great game for fans of MGS2 who never played the 1st. If you never like the series this won't change your mind.
You start the game as Solid Snake the main protaganist of the game who is being called out of retirment to save the world and save the girl. You start out in some sort of basement that you enter through some sea operation. When you first get out of the water you get a call of on you codec and get some voice over which if you notice is very good sometime feeling cartoony but still great voice over.
After you get threw youll be in over your head its no longer just a simply mission of search and destroy it become much deeper learing of your brother and other of the bosses. As you go along youll meet a pretty girl and a geeky computer nerd who will help you throughout the game. But in the end youll sure to love the story and everything that you do.
The graphic are on par with MGS2 but feel weaker to me but look just about as good. Also 3 years later doesnt help and old eninge.
Shooting is fun since u can go from 3rd person to 1st person in a snap the game mechanics are really well implied
This game is great and should be in your collection if you own a gamecube and like MGS
