Beautiful game. Frustrating at times, but knowing the storyline is worth it.

For those unfamiliar with the franchise, Metal Gear Solid is like Modern Warfare 2, without the fanboys, blazing guns, all out wars. Take Modern Warfare 2, and think about if you had to sneak by every enemy. This is a STEALTHY game. Not a GORE SLAUGHTER ACTION game.


I just beat Metal Gear Solid on the PlayStation like... 5 minutes ago from now. I could have beat it 2 years ago, but something was wrong with my memory card so it wouldn't save.

The amazing good positive points of this great game:
-Storyline is one of the best ones out there.
-Graphics are awesome. (compared to other games in 1998)
-Music is emotional.
-Perfect length. (12+ hours)
-Voice acting is excellently well done.
-Gameplay is unique and it's fun to sneak by people.
-The game can be funny too.

The things that are kinda not good >.>:
-Frustrating at parts.
-Weapon accuracy is a pain.
-Bird's eye view perspective ruins some boss fights and situations.
-1 or 2 things about the plot I'd still like to know.

GET THIS GAME! It's worth it.
