Metal Gear is one of the best MSX games I've ever played. Sure we're in 2006 now, and if people were rate this game based on todays criteria it would be 1/10, but I dont care what they will rate this game cause I give it a high score. This game brought stealth and tatical espionage action to the world of gaming. This game is legendary and it deserves a good score. This is the first Metal Gear game of the series and it introduces the hero, Solid Snake. He is sent in to Outer Heaven to locate fellow FOXHOUND commrade Gray Fox and to destroy the ultimate weapon Metal Gear. With old-school state of the art graphics and old-school gameplay, this game will pull you into Outer Heaven yourself. The sound and music are awsome for this game and it will get stuck in your head, in a good way. If your playing hide and seek with oyur freinds, you probably will hum the Metal Gear music to yourself while sneaking around. Anyways, the boss battle are intense, but the only problem is that they are way too easy. The only challenge is facing the Hind-D gunship. The storyline is really good and shocking (end of game) and it will make you think "Man, I never would have guessed that would happen" or "wow". Anyways this game is awsome and you have to play it. Download the ROM or play it on MGS3: Subsistence. This game will blow you away!
