Gear that should have never been made...

This is NOT the original Metal Gear that was released in Japan on the MSX(2) in the 80's. It is in fact a NES version that butchered the original to please American audiences and thanks to that most of it's charm is lost, especially in the translation with classic phrases like "I feel Asleep". I had this game since I was a kid and didn't realize what it was until I played the PsOne: Metal Gear Solid. After I did some research and discovered that this wasn't an actual Metal Gear but get rich quick scheme developed by Konami/Ultra Games in order to make a quick buck off of the great sales that at the time where happening in Japan.
As far as the game goes the controls are average, there are NO continues, and the graphics are mediocre compared to the original. I'd suggest to avoid this game and get Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence as it has both Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake in their (Almost) original glory.
