a great arcade shoot em up

Metal slug 2 is a very good if not great shooter for the neo-geo and in the arcades. I played my version on gametap and the quality was very good.

Gameplay: the gameplay is great with weapons such as a pistol, shotgun, heavy machine gun, rocket launcher, lasers, and of course bombs. These different weapons create a very unique atmosphere. The levels are also varied and range from a Egyptian mummy level to a Romanian sort of level.

Sound: The sound is decent in this game and the best sounds are the enemy soldiers

Graphics: The graphics for this game are very good for its time. The explosions are excellent.

Value: You can play this game for free now but it is still a great value when pumping quarters into the arcade version
