OK, but there are too many things missed out.

At first I was really excited about Metal Slug Advance. I borrowed it off a friend and when I started playing I was very impressed by the cool graphics and sound, and it was quite fun to play. But after the first 2 levels, the game just goes downhill. The bosses are too difficult and enemies always seem to appear and they never seem to end. There are only 5 levels too, which is the same with Metal Slug 3 but at least there are multiple routes and the levels are much longer. Also, there's this new crappy health system. Instead of when you are hit you die, lose a life and then respawn, you have a health bar which sounds OK and it is OK...at first. It's quite fun to play for a while. But it's so annoying because when you die, if you havent got to the boss you go back to the start of the level! And the levels are too hard! On other Metal Slug games you respawn where you die and you get continues. But the worst part is that there is no link for co-op which made the otehr MS games great. If there was a multiplayer then the levels wouldn't be so hard and this game would get a better mark. Overall, apart from the grpahics and sound, this is a failure. The other Metal Slug games are great. I would only recommend this for real hardcore fans of the series. Dissapointing.
