Metroid Fusion is the first installment of the Metroid series on the Game Boy Advance. I've been looking to expand my portable game collection for a little while now, so I picked up this used game at my local EB for the great price of $9.99. I've been playing it now for about a few weeks and I've come to the conclusion that this is one of the best games avaliable for the GBA.

The story can come off as a bit confusing, but your mission objective is always clear, although your means of getting to it may not. The game requires patience and some minor backtracking in order to get objectives done. The solution or path to get where you have to go will almost never be direct and will require you to use your brain.

The graphics are average, but the game runs exceptionally well and at a good speed. The sound is alright, but you can't expect anything great with the GBA's sound card.

Overall this game will provide you with numerous hours of addicting gameplay and for the price of just under $10 you can't go wrong.
