This game backs up the first like peanut butter backs up jelly.

MP2 has the single thing that gives it that extra touch, the multiplayer. MP1 did not have multiplayer, as all who have it know. MP2 has brought the Metroid series to another level with the edition of more options and versatile gameplay that predeceses the first one. The Metroid Prime series has many fun aspects, such as; Multiplayer in the second, lock on feature, and alot that I can not allow myself t tell you about. The game starts off and Samus has to check out another problem that occured on another planet in which she loses her armor and equipment. Samus is forced to go through this planet to rcover her armor, but runs into a fierce enemy named ironically, Dark Samus. The games graphics are great, allowing the player to understand the amazingness of the Cube, The gameplay is just as good as the first, which was pretty damn good, the replay value is not bad, and the overall tilt is alright. This game was mainly aimed at, in my opinion, Teens and Metroid fans. The game is in my collection and in my top 15 gamecube list, but the unconventional aspects of the game bring down the replay value. By unconventional aspects, I mean the fact that the game forces you to go through odd levels to recover your armor for a second time, why should you have to do this again? Well, whatever. This is a good game for the gamecube and is worth every penny you pay to have the game. I recomend this to anyone who plays FPS.

The multiplayer is the newest and best part of the Metroid Prime experience. Crush anybody who is new to the game and bring your ego even higher, who couldn't like that?
