For a First Person Shooter, this game has more adventure than anything, and is great, no matter what your age.

I've always hated FPS games. I don't know why but I just have. But after playing this game it changed my whole perspective. This game isn't just a FPS. This game has adventure and it sure is entertaining. You play as a girl named Samaus who has to go out and collect energy from the temples of Dark Aether and return it to Aether. I played this game for hours on end, not stopping. It was amazingly addictive. The only problem with it sometimes is the backtracking. It got on my nerves, but it wasn't enough to keep me from playing it. The music wasn't all that pleasant to the ears, but it did suit the environments and it kept you on the edge of your seat. This game is playable again if you wish to complete it 100%. The multiplayer leaves something to desire as well. Its just not the best Retro could have done. But the graphics, man, they are WONDERFUL! Whoever made them has an amazing ability. Everything had pure detail in it. It seemed all so perfect for the gamecube. Anyway, this game is an overall good game worth buying, even if you've never played a FPS. Its one of the best titles available for the GCN.
